Since Jio has entered in the telecom market, all mobile operators are tensed. Where few companies like Aircel shut down, few companies, for example, Vodafone and Idea Cellular, merged to compete the market. Jio has shaken the roots of all telecom service providers in India by giving free Internet, calling and SMSs.
As per report, number of Vodafone users drastically reduced that resulted Vodafone to give better offers to its consumers. In order to retain its consumers and have profit in the market, Vodafone tried each possible way, somehow they succeeded.
After revealing report of fourth quarter of financial year 2017-2018, Vodafone told media that it faced huge loss.
Since Vodafone acquired Hutch in India, it became popular because of using pug dog in each of its advertisements. Irfan Khan and the pug tried their best to imprint their brand in the mind of consumers. They were successful in it. But consistent loss in last two years has compelled Vodafone to think about leaving Indian telecom sector in the hands of telecom giant Jio, a product of Reliance family.
Consumers have always showered their love to their ads because of their cute pug. Keeping it in mind, company has decided to sell its pug in an auction.
As per reporters, Vodafone will arrange proper event for this in Delhi and Mumbai. They have set its base price 205 crores. To see consumers' response over this auction, they are to run an online bidding in which they will be collecting the details of bidding individuals. They have expected that they may sell this pug dog at over 500 crores price.
While our team asked Vodafone members about this pug dog, they revealed that they spend over 2 lac Indian rupees per day on this pug. They keep it under the surveillance of doctors and 60 guards. As Kartik Aaryan has said in movie Pyar Ka Punchnama, 'I am sure, this pug is bitch, not a dog", he was right. This pug is bitch, not a dog. Its name is Sara. They had purchased it for 22000 Indian rupees when it was only two months old.
Talking about this auction, Vodafone executives have revealed that whoever buys Sara will be eligible to have one Vodafone connection that would be free for his or her entire life and all services would be provided in that particular number. However, the winner would have to sign an agreement that no torture would be given to Sara in any condition and doctors and guards will be hired for Sara to look after it.
Now, let's watch who is going to tame Sara and bring Vodafone home. If you have sufficient money and you are a dog lover, go and take part in auction for Sara.
